I believe, there is an opportunity to design a mobile app for time-poor young father, that engages him in reducing energy consumption efficiently, overcome the fear of changing routine so that he is confident about saving energy & ensured about spending maximum time with Sarah and Oliver.

The participants were informed about the persona’s pain points and goals and asked to think from the user’s perspective during the session.
